My flight changed – how do I go about changing my Shuttle reservation?

Please contact the Customer Service team at 1-888-355-7277 (PASS) and we will be happy to arrange for a reservation that correlates with your new schedule.  
 

My flight is delayed. Do I need to contact anyone to let them know to hold my Shuttle reservation?

Please contact the Customer Service team at 1-888-355-7277 (PASS) as soon as you know of a flight change and we will be happy to arrange for a reservation that correlates with your new schedule.  
 

I only want one-way transportation . How do I book this?

Professional Air Shuttle Service provides one-way transportation, simply select the appropriate option in the left hand navigation panel and on the next screen you will have the option to check the link for one-way transportation.  
 

Do I have to make my booking online?

Yes, but please call Customer Service at 1-888-355-7277 (PASS) if you are experiencing trouble.  
 

Is there a fee associated with this service?

No. There are no hidden fees associated with purchasing our Shuttle Service.  
 

Where do I go to catch the shuttle once I’ve made a purchase?

Follow the directions listed at the bottom of your reservation page. The directions will vary by airport location, but will usually be located near the passenger pick-up areas outside of baggage claim.   
 

Can I cancel the shuttle reservation if I cancel my flight?

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: We will not refund payments if cancellation occurs within 6 hours of pick up time or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show) without notification.. Please contact the Customer Service team at 1-888-355-7277 (PASS) if you have any questions.  
 

Is my credit card charged immediately upon booking my reservation?

Yes.
 

Will Professionl Air Shuttle Service (PASS)  pick me up at my home and take me to the airport?

We provide DOOR-TO-DOOR service 24 hours a day, picking up and dropping off passengers at locations of their choosing. 
 

Do I have to pay for my infant or child to ride in the shuttle?

Professional Air Shuttle welcomes the opportunity to serve our "junior" passengers. Children two (2) years of age and younger travel free with a paying adult.  It is also required by law that an infant must ride in a car seat. In most cases, unless otherwise noted, child seats are the passenger’s responsibility.  
 

I arrived at the airport and could not find my shuttle. Who do I call?
